Keyan was raised in Rockville, Maryland and is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park from which he earned a degree in Economics. Keyan is a proud resident of the Luxmanor community in North Bethesda, Maryland with his wife Noosha and his two daughters Ava and Mya.
